Responsibilites

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other C&B related including but not limited to MPF administration, taxation and medical scheme administration
• Handle annual insurance renewal with brokers and insurance vendors, monitor staff benefit administration 
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records in HRIS
• Assist in annual budgeting, yearly salary review and bonus mechanism and accrual
• Prepare monthly HR reports for management review
• Maintain and update the HR database
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Immediate available is preferred

Requirements

• Diploma holder with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• With good numerical sense and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
