Responsibilities: -

• Provide full spectrum of HR Business Partner Services to the designated functions 
• Liaise with line managers in identifying hiring needs and selection process
• Coordinate recruitment activities including candidates screening, interview arrangement, assessment / test preparation etc.
• Support in new hire staff arrangement e.g. employment contract preparation, first day orientation etc.
• Maintain and update HRIS records for new employees and staff movement
• Provide support in daily operation on company insurance e.g. Group Medical Insurance, Group Business Travel Insurance, Group PA Insurance etc.
• Administer staff physical checkup programs
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources function, preferably with Manufacturing or FMCG background
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in using PeopleSoft or similar enterprise HR information systems will be an advantage
• Responsible, independent and detailed-minded
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
