Responsibilities:

• Full administrative support to the busy team
• Preparing high level reports, documents and presentations for the team
• Diary management
• Answering telephones and fielding calls
• Organising couriers
• Various project support duties
• Handle ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• 1+ years relevant work experience
• Team-player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
