Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of professional clerical and office administrative support  
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, greet clients and visitors if required
  • Manage executives’ calendar, administer travel/accommodation arrangement and expenses claims
  • Set up and maintain a systematic filing system, prepare reports and documents as assigned
  • Liaise with external service vendors for office consumables purchasing, repair & maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary

 

Qualification & Requirements

  • Form 5 or above, Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience 
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
