DNA Recruit Partner is partnering with one of the well established IT solutions provider group in Hong Kong who has been providing solutions to top tier clients throughout APAC, US and Europe. Their business has been persistently enhanced with the first-class reputation and partnering up with reputable brands around the globe. New headcount arisen, they are now seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (IT Recruitment Focus l Top-tier IT Solution Provider) to join their Hong Kong office. Immediately available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment activities from sourcing, selection, offer negotiation to on/off-boarding
• Working closely with hiring managers from different business unit to understand the team hiring needs 
• Support the internal HR recruitment strategies and initiatives;
• Manage recruitment sourcing channel
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalence
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in recruitment and selection functions
• Preferably prior experiences within in-house recruitment that requires high volume of IT recruitment   
• Strong communication and interview skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative and able to work well under pressure
