A Tier-1 Retail Bank in Hong Kong, currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager

 Principal responsibilities:

• Implement sales and business plans for the branch to achieve the assigned business targets (Less experience can assist the team head in providing coaching to Relationship Manager)
• Monitor the service standards of branch staff to ensure provision of customer services
• Enforce established internal procedures to mitigate operational risks and monitor strict sales compliance
• Coach and motivate branch staff to build a professional and capable work force

 Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, (CFA, CFP or CFMP preferred but not a must) 
• Passes in the IIQE and HKSI licensing examinations
• Minimum 6 years' banking experience, with experience in promoting various wealth management products (Less experience can consider Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Relationship Manager)
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
