RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with risk manager and fund managers to develop and enhance in-house system for position capture, and risk management system for profit and loss and risk calculation.
• Provide support in daily risk management tasks, including daily P/L reports preparation for Fixed Income & Equity Investment Department.
• Assist in portfolio reconciliations between front and back office records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline.
• 2+years in market risk.
• Demonstrate strong computer and programming skills and excellent logical thinking. Priority with be given to candidates with programming experience in projects or research.
• Interest in finance and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and motivation.
• Experience in buy side is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in equity, fixed income derivatives, and funds.
• Strong understanding of quantitative concepts: Greeks, P&L, VaR, Stress Testing.
• Work closely with front office & senior risk management.
• Superior Excel and access skills; VBA is required.
• People management experience will be an advantage. 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Risk Manager
