Company Profile

Our client is one of the regional leading bank with large international exposure and multinational client bases, offering a wide range of financial services globally. Due to continual expansion, they are currently looking for a highly talented HR professional to join them and lead the Human Resources team.

Exciting new role for you

You will be specialized in talent acquisition, leading the team to design and implement talent acquisition plans, and implement full-cycle recruitment processes, including but not limited to campus and experienced hires recruitment. You will be consulting hiring managers on hiring strategies and providing guidance on HR best practices. In addition, you will be providing advices and support on talent acquisition and onboarding exercises of Southeast Asian entities and managing and working with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements. 

Requirements

• At least 7 years + related working experiences, preferably in banking/financial institutions
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Hands on experiences with full-cycle recruitment processes
• People-oriented with great communication and interpersonal
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
