Responsibilities

• Prepare daily accounting voucher, data entries, document filing and checking

• Handling banking and payment transactions and responsible for reconciliation

• Prepare and update daily reports

• Perform general accounting duties and prepare monthly reporting schedules

• Assist in daily cash-flow monitoring

• Assist in handling full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing

• Participate in ad hoc assignments as request

Requirements

• Diploma holder in accounting or above;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese) ;

• Strong PC knowledge MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing;

• Welcome Fresh graduate
