Job Descriptions：
1. Follow up the regulatory dynamics and assist both head office and branch office in assessing their potential impact on wealth management business.
2. Implement compliance training and publicity of AML related projects.
3. Record and manage the training materials of wealth management staffs.
4. Perform the due diligence of the cooperative organization.
5. Prepare management information (MIS Report) and regular reports to head office and branch.
6. Conduct the evaluation of annual RCSA(Operational Risk & Control self-assessment) and daily monitoring of key Risk indicators (KRI) of the branch, responsible for the wealth management department self-audit procedures and the management of risk-related declaration items.
7.Weighing team performance against monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives.
8.Conduct gap analysis on the Bank’s existing policies and procedures, ensure that in compliance with both internal and external standard or regulatory requirement.
