Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth market research and investment analysis for identifying major investment highlights and potential investment opportunities
• Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
• Work closely with all internal and external parties to prepare the company valuations, financial models and company marketing documents
• Work closely with the portfolio monitoring unit in implementing effective fund monitoring and administration. Ensure compliance with investment strategy, covenants, environmental and social safeguard requirements, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Actively monitor fund financial performance and actions, including divestitures
• Undertake the implementation and hand-over of administration of private equity funds and direct equity investments, ensuring compliance with required guidelines, policies and procedures as well as agreed covenants and reporting requirements up to financing effectiveness.
• Participate in all spectrum of transaction execution and assist in the key projects working with different key stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Management, Financial Management or related discipline
• 3 years or above relevant work experience in AI, VC/PE, Consulting, Investment Banking will be preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, preferably with prior independent experience handling complex financial models
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency PC knowledge in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available / Short notice period is highly preferred
