Responsibilities

• Formulate product, marketing and pricing strategies for secured lending products including mortgages, secured overdraft and premium financing
• Develop new products or enhance existing products to meet customer needs and collaborate with relevant internal parties for product development
• Conduct analysis on business performance and product profitability to drive business and revenue growth of secured loans products
• Identify and analyze channel and consumer behavior to deliver insights for channel development, marketing campaign and strategic initiatives
• Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and conduct market intelligence to formulate product strategies to meet customers’ demand

Requirements

• Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ product and marketing experience in retail banking
• Proficient in SAS, SQL , Excel VBA
• Skilled in data analysis to draw insights
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
