Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of fund accounting, reconciliation and compliance duties;
• Responsible for capital calls and review waterfall calculation;
• Perform fund level reporting, tax filing, audits, compliance reports and other fund administration duties;
• Assist in the on-boarding of new clients and opening of necessary bank accounts;
• Liaise with external fund administrator, tax advisors, lawyers and maintain banking relationships;
• Support on new funds set-up.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferable with a CPA qualification;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting and fund administration;
• Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds) is desirable;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail oriented, flexible, team player, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
