Responsibilities:

• To assist head of Investment Banking analyzing and assessing business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions, e.g. IPOs, secondary placement, syndicate deals etc;
• Handle all coverage and execution of ECM transactions and related matters independently and effectively;
• Perform scenario analyses, conduct market researches and prepare client presentation pitches on related ECM projects;
• To oversee and drive the execution of ECM transactions, while provide coaching, management and guidance to team members;
• To participate and make presentations to clients in pitching and marketing meetings;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• University Degree(s) preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline;
• With minimum 4 years ECM related experience with a reputable investment bank;
• Sound knowledge in the financial capital market, strong business acumen and good analytical skill.
• SFC licensed as a Responsible Officer of Type 1 is required, and knowledge in HK stock market and hands-on execution experience of HK IPOs and equity transactions is a must;
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese with a fluency in Mandarin;
