Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of book keeping of the group companies
  • Manage daily accounting duties including receivables, payables, general ledger and accounts reconciliations
  • Report to Finance Manager, manage and oversee daily financial operations and treasury
  • Perform data input, voucher preparation, documents filing and other accounting operation duties
  • Prepare month-end closing, financial reporting and monthly management reports
  • Assist in Ad hoc assigned tasks  

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree holder or above in Accountancy / Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience and previous exposure of working in financial institutions is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as well
  • Knowledge of popular accounting and/or reporting software
  • Good in excel skill
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn and able to perform under pressure
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
