Investor Relations Manager

Our client is a sizable property developer, listed in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

•             Base in HK, support and co-ordinate all investor relations activities

•             Monitor and consolidate financial and market information related to the group and its competitors. The candidate should cover matters related to business and operation, regulations, stock markets/exchanges, etc.

•             Perform analytical reviews and give recommendations to the management accordingly

•             Draft and produce materials for communication with shareholders and investors, fund managers, analysts, financial and business presses, etc.

•             Co-ordinate and support the management in meetings, road shows and conferences with shareholders, investors, analysts, reporters and so on

Requirements

•             Degree holder with strong finance knowledge and around 5 - 10 years’ work experience. Recent experience must be on investor relations, financial public relations, corporate finance or related areas

•             Experience in PRC property development industry is a MUST

•             Good analytical skills, strong business acumen and sharp common sense

•             Efficient and mature; experienced in the preparation of presentation materials

•             Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders and able to provide professional support to management

•             Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
