• Audit experience - Minimum 5 years 
• Investment Banking
• Required – Chinese and English language writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting investment/funds/private equity and financial audit as well as any other audit as required
• Assist the Head of Department in developing risk assessment on auditees
• Carry out specific audit tasks as auditor-in-charge, including but not limited to:
• Assist the Head of Department in scheduling, assigning work and estimating resource needs
• Prepared detailed risk analysis, audit planning memo and audit program
• Perform assigned audits by executing approved audit plan and audit program
• Prepare summary of audit findings, recommendations and audit reports
• Evaluate auditee oral and written response to ensure that they adequately address the audit issue raised
• Execute periodic on-site and off-site follow up and continuously monitor the major business activities on the designated area
• Maintain and update the audit manual and audit program
• Participate in work-related training program
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement to the team
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in big 4and in-house auditing experience . Preferably with 3 years audit experience focus on investment products/private equities
• Qualification of CPA or CIA or equivalent
• Familiar with the audit rules and international laws is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills –Mandarin and English
• Wiling to travel 50% regionally in Asia Pacific
