Responsibilities

• Support the department in daily operation regarding compliance, risk management and company secretarial issues
• Assist to monitor the implementation of compliance and risk management framework
• Assist to monitor regulatory development and internal implementation of related follow up actions
• Assist to promote compliance and risk culture of the company by providing training to staff
• Assist to prepare compliance and risk management reporting
• Assist to liaise with external service provider on statutory/regulatory filing, reporting and application
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Handle ad-hoc task assigned by the department

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years' experience in operation of insurance company, preferably with risk management and compliance exposure
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Insurance related
• Sound knowledge in insurance regulatory framework in Hong Kong
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• PC skills in Microsoft Office
• Willing to take up challenge and ambitious in career development in the industry
