Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide spectrum of GA functions, including but not limited to P&P updating, service agreement review & renewal, office security, equipment maintenance, waste management & recycling, storage management, procurement of office equipment and furniture etc.
• Supervise the GA team (e.g. Driver, Messenger & Tea Server) to perform full range of administrative functions
• Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant GA experience, preferably gained from the banking industry
• Hands-on experience of general administration duties
• Proficient in computer skills & MS Office applications
• Well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
