Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Business translation, negotiation with client, preparing and drafting of legal documents
2.Due diligence, verification, drafting and reviewing documents and performing legal research
3.Expected to be diligent, conscientious, responsible, able and willing to learn
4.Other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
1. Good academic background and communication skills
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
3. Hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
4. Proficient in PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel & etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
5. Self-motivated and responsible
