Job Description
Our clients include both well-known international and local banks in Asia Pacific. They are currently looking for a potential candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in a professional manner
- Cross-sell banking products and make referrals to relevant staff
- Identify potential customers in order to sell integrated financial services packages and other general banking products (e.g. p-loans, mortgages, credit cards, and other non-life insurance consumer banking products)
- Maintain good relationship with both existing and new clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in banking or finance industry
- IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is required
- HKSI Paper 1,7,8 will be an advantage
- Pro-active, mature, responsible
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
