Our client, a well-known bank, is looking for a high caliber to join their retail lending business

Responsibilities:

• Formulate product and marketing strategies for secured lending products (including mortgage, SME and secured lending) and merchant acquiring business
• Drive new product development, product enhancement and launching effective marketing programs to deliver business targets in terms of portfolio and revenue growth.
• Develop, plan and formulate marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and co-operate with different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
• Regular review of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
• Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
• Co-ordinate with immediate manager to come up solutions for problems identified in daily sales activities and operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Experience in business strategy formulation
• Participation in product development is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong people management skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
