Our client is a PRC based company with conglomerate business in PRC, HK & overseas countries.

 Responsibilities:

• Monitor all operation and operational activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with overall strategy and mission
• Responsible for leading the team to invest in the first and second market and the start-up market
• Supervise and lead deals from origination to execution to post-investment etc
• Coordinate arrangements, allocate resources, and exert synergies to achieve growth in core business performance
• Quickly build core business teams while integrating and forming business capabilities
• Management teams to complete project activities on time and within budget

 Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent organization and leadership
• At least 8 years of relevant project management experience, familiar with the investment project process and details in diversified sectors
• Good project management and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze situations and events and provide solutions
• Cross-functional leadership (with experience managing more than one business function)
• Fluent in Putonghua & English
