Duties:

• Lead a small team to plan and execute Operational and Financial audit
• Highlight risk factors and internal control issues, identify strength and weakness of corporate governance
• Prepare periodic risk management & internal audit report for Senior Management and Audit Committee
• Draft internal audit and RM sections in corporate governance reports
• Liaise with Auditor for internal audit engagement, audit control programs
• Review and give recommendations on company policies and implementation process with local BU
• Handle ad hoc internal audit task as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business, Accounting or Finance
• At least 4 years of internal audit experience from commercial environment, professional firm experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of internal control and risk management
• Good report writing skills
• Fluent in written Chinese & English, fluent in spoken Mandarin
• Business travel to PRC is required
• Able to work independently
• Good team player and be proactive
• Immediate availability is preferred
