Assistant Accounting Manager –

Panyu Local Staff

Reports to: Accounting Manager 

Responsibilities:

 全面負責番禺公司會計核算、稅務籌劃、預算編制及財務分析工作

 參與公司資金管理、融資工作

 財務團隊的建設和管理工作

 維護與稅務局、銀行等良好關係；

 完成香港集團總部分派的工作 

Requirements:

 大學會計本科畢業

 擁有房地產開發企業會計工作經驗

 熟悉房地產開發企業稅法及相關經濟法規

 具有豐富的稅務處理經驗，熟悉企業所得稅匯算清繳和土地增值稅清算

 具有融資經驗

 有良好的職業操守，原則性強，執行力好

 具備較強的團隊管理能力，組織協調及溝通能力

 熟悉財務軟件 

Working Location & Office Hours: Panyu Office -广州市番禺区
