The Job :

The successful candidate will be offered with a Graduate Engineer Training Programme which provides a four-year structured training arrangements, centered on a Scheme “A” Training scheme registered under the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, aims to nurture graduate engineers to become project management professionals.

Tutors are assigned to provide graduate engineers with advice and coaching on a regular basis. Job rotation is a unique feature to give trainees hands-on experience in various aspects of construction project management. In addition to regular gatherings and site visits, supplementary training through internal seminars, external courses will be arranged to enable graduate engineers to meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Requirements :

• Degree in Building Engineering or related disciplines
• Ability to learn fast, initiative and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer skills
