Requirements

•  Atleast 2 years Façade specific Technical Design experience with consultant OR contractor background
• Less experienced will be considered for the positions as Facade Designer OR Draftsman
• Well versed with 2-D and 3-D design software including but not limited to AutoCad
• The position requires strong technical abilities in building façade design and construction
• The candidate should have a solid background and experience in the design of various façade systems
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, both written and spoken will be an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants façade contractors and other project team members will be an integral part of the candidate’s role
• To be able to manage all design activities as described in the design process
• Developing different façade systems for a variety of climates, structural conditions, etc
• Understand the procurement, production and installation requirements
• Capability to design, understanding technical requirements and the basis of necessary calculations, verifications, tests, etc.
