Responsibilities:

• Delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints 
• Professionally managing projects to agreed brief/objectives with client and project teams.
• Programme and monitor projects to ensure key deliverable and completion on time 
• Prepare weekly minutes, progress reports for design and site control.
  
• Assist and report to Project Director and Senior Project Manager (SPM) and keep them informed about project status and issues that may impact the schedule and/or client relations
• Documentation & Submissions to Consultant / Client

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or Equivalent
• Min. 8 years’ in high-end fit-out project management
• less experiences may be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, Acrobat
• Basic Autocad knowledge
