Content Manager

Ark Entertainment is looking for a Content Manager to be responsible for creating or managing the content of the artists. The responsibilities of this role include designing and creating graphic material, posting content on social media, editing video/photo content, managing production projects, communicating with clients/media about pre-show/after-show content, working with the team on creative ideas, executing promotional campaigns, etc. To be a successful Content Manager, you should be highly motivated, creative, possess solid knowledge graphic design and marketing, and be able to make creative judgments with little direction.

Responsibilities:

- Producing graphic and video content to be posted online including posters, trailers, vlogs, and Instagram stories.
- Managing all social media accounts including Facebook, Weibo, Youtube and Instagram accounts, etc
- Measuring key performance indicators and giving feedback for increasing traffic and targeting audiences
- Communicating with clients/media about pre-show/after-show content eg. promotional materials, videos, photos, press-release, etc
- Working with the team on promotional campaigns
- Designing Fan club materials

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of working experience
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Degree in Graphic Design or have the creativity and Graphic Design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, AI, and or other graphic design, animation, and video editing software. 
- Proficiency in basic Marketing disciplines.
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be creative
- Be able to produce original ideas
- Have good communication skills, be able to take direction, and willing to learn proactively. 
- Have a critical thinking and problem-solving mentality.
- Be on call on nights and weekends.
