We are now seeking for a full-time Designer / Assistant Designer - Knitwear (Womenswear) to join our team. 

 What you’ll do……

• Bring in your passion and knowledge. Understand the customer needs and assist to design sweaters, snits and develop seasonal trends collection. Assist to prepare presentation boards, design sketches, illustration and CADs.
• Help us see the future. Collect information on seasonal trends, colors, raw materials and styling. Assist to create detailed specification and construction details.  
• Execute. Communicate with overseas designers and internal teams to manage the design process and maintain design concept throughout the whole pre-production stage. Provide support on the design and development services to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements. Support in organizing fashion pop-up display and showcase.
• Collaborate. Collaborate well with others including other designers, digital designers, merchandisers, suppliers and factory technicians.

You will thrive in the role if you ……

• Possess 1+ year of experience in sweater design
• Have good product and yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process
• Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation
• Have demonstrated creative sense and ability
• Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense
• Familiar with Europe or/and U.S. market(s)
• Are skilled in design software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS office; knowledge on Apex is an advantage
