Entry Requirements: Attained Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE or HKDSEE OR Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in pre-2007 HKCEE or equivalent; plus 3 passes in other subjects in HKCEE or HKDSEE or equivalent; and PC literate. Possession of working experience or qualification relevant to the job will be an advantage.

Duties:   Provide clerical support to various offices, including purchasing, store keeping, or facility management; or reception; or accounting; or human resources or general administration.

Package:       Five-day week on one-year renewable contract, 14 days’ annual leave and medical/ dental benefits. Successful candidate will be offered appointment at the entry point.

Remarks:      The successful candidate will be posted to the Supplies and Facility Management Office and subject to redeployment as and when necessary. Selected candidates on the waiting list may be considered for appointment in other offices or areas if vacancies arise.
