The Upper Primary Secretary will provide general secretarial and administrative support to the leadership team of our Upper Primary School and will work collaboratively to support the School’s activities, tasks, and events as needed.

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education preferably with secretarial training;
• At least 3 years secretarial experience;
• Proficient using Microsoft office applications, Google platform with a willingness to learn (if not already proficient) programs specific to school needs;
• Strong spoken and written English, Cantonese an advantage;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
