Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Delivery of an educational program including but not limited to guided tours (both English and Chinese), organizing seminars, handling enquiries, etc.
  • Responsible for all logistic arrangement with schools and various parties related to the delivery of the educational program
  • Responsible to manage and update the related educational program website
  • Administrate the annual essay competition
  • Manage the school database
 

Requirements:


  • Degree holder or above of any disciplines with at least 3 years of work experience in delivery and management of community or school project
  • Experience in holding activities with youths, school connection is preferred
  • Interested in and understanding of local culture, hostelling and youth education 
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, strong initiative, good language skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua

HKYHA operates 7 youth hostels across Hong Kong and currently has an individual membership of more than 30,000 people and group membership of over 600.

Our hostels also serve as educational platforms that allow travellers to broaden their horizons, to learn about different cultures, and to be in touch with nature and heritage conservation.
