Job Description
- Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with not less than 10 years of working experience in managing large scale projects, experience with Design & Build and data centre projects a definite advantage
- Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent) is an advantage
- Candidates have to direct and decide solution on major problems. Maintains relationship with both consultants and main contractors. Monitors the progress of main contractors, and makes necessary adjustment to the design
- Candidates should have good technical and management expertise and track record of management of projects in pre-construction and construction phases
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Initiative and good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate with clients and consultants
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Deputy Project Manager.
