Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare E&M tender drawings and document
- Coordinate with contractor for E&M installation on site
- Attend site inspection and T&C
- Provide comment on E&M drawing and materials submission by Contractor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, E&M consultant experience is preferred
- Experience in design and installation of E&M services with related basic knowledge of food license is preferable
- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications & AutoCAD
