Job Description

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management report & other ad hoc reports
  • Prepare financial records to meet statutory requirements in conformance
  • with local requirements
  • Liaises with external auditor, customers and vendors on AP and AR issues.


Administration and HR Responsibilities

  • handle on procurement ofoffice supplies, stationeries
  • handle office equipment maintenance and all IT products and related services
  • HR Function

 

Requirements of Accounts & Administration Clerk

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant accounting experience
  • MYOB experience is must
  • Proficiency in MS excel, words & powerpoint
  • Strong analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Willing to work over-time
  • Fluency in English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Immediate available is preferred
