Job Description
Accounting Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management report & other ad hoc reports
- Prepare financial records to meet statutory requirements in conformance
- with local requirements
- Liaises with external auditor, customers and vendors on AP and AR issues.
Administration and HR Responsibilities
- handle on procurement ofoffice supplies, stationeries
- handle office equipment maintenance and all IT products and related services
- HR Function
Requirements of Accounts & Administration Clerk
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant accounting experience
- MYOB experience is must
- Proficiency in MS excel, words & powerpoint
- Strong analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to work over-time
- Fluency in English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferred
