Responsibilities:

• Provide after office hours emergency services to corporate/ leisure customers
• Provide professional consultancy services on air tickets options, hotels, package, cost-saving alternatives and other travel related issues, such as visa requirement, travel insurance products, etc.
• Revalidation, amend bookings and issue tickets
• Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
• Prepare daily log sheet report and monthly report
• Provide excellent customer services including after-sales services to ensure customers’ satisfaction

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in travel industry, candidate with night shift working experience would be a definite advantage
• Hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing
• Strong product and fare knowledge
• Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
