Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and achieve desirable productivity and profitability
• Provide Leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the planning and operational requirements of wet markets

Requirements:

• Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Property or related discipline
• 8 years or above with experience at senior management level in district operations / chain store management in fresh food retail / supermarket/ market related industries
• Familiar with fresh food products
• Strong communications & leadership skills along with positive and driven attitude
• Development master-planning and feasibility studies is an advantage
• Independent, sales driven, result-oriented and able to work in a fast paces environment
