Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the daily operation of production venue
• Set daily/ weekly/ monthly production goals, manage and supervise the subordinates to work, so that ensuring the production process fits company's standard
• Provide technical support and allocate resources to achieve highly efficient production
• Coordinate with other departments and draft production plan
• Provide production data and prepare relevant reports
• Monitor the production floor's environment, machines to ensure workplace hygiene and safety
• Supervise and guide the new-join staff to use the production machines
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary or tertiary educated
• 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer
• Knowledge of ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and analytical skills

Working time:

• Mon-Sat, 0800-1700

• 提供技術支援及分配資源以實現高效率的生產

• 提供生產數據及撰寫有關生產之報告
• 監察工場環境、設備以確保合乎安全及衛生要求
• 協調工程部人員為生產機器安排預防性保養
• 指導及培訓新員工安全地使用生產機器
• 處理上司指派的其他工作

職位要求：

• 中學或大專程度
• 3年或以上生產相關之經驗, 與食品生產相關經驗更佳
• 有基本電腦操作知識, 懂中文打字, 熟悉Microsoft Office之應用 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• 有ISO22000, GMP and HACCP 相關知識及經驗
• 良好人事管理、領導才能及分析能力

工作時間：

• 星期一至六, 上午 8:00 – 下午 5:00
