Responsibilities 

• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between clients and software development team in addressing and resolving issues in IT projects
• Plan, organize, lead & control program activities to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Follow through entire development, testing and implementation processes
• Establish client-facing and related documentation
• Present solutions to clients/project stakeholders 

Requirements 

• University graduate in IT, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of retailing IT project and program management methodology
• Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, functional design and testing
• Candidates with experience in managing a team for execution of projects will be considered as project manager
• Certification in PMP and ITIL will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive thinking, flexible, creative
