Responsibilities:

• General PC and Networking support to end users
• Networking device setup and support
• IT inventory management
• Install, maintain and upgrade Windows or Linux server
• Server and Network administration for local and remote offices
• Provide technical support to end users
• Prepare relevant IT documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related fields
• 1 year+ experiences in Windows server and Exchange server administration
• 1 year+ experiences in MSSQL server administration
• Knowledge in Office365 and is preferable
• Good knowledge on MS office support
• Experience in Virtualization technology in VMware and Hyper-V is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
