Responsibilities:

• Work closely with R&D, and Sales team on product development, project implementation and service delivery to customer
• Conduct testing and commissioning of IoT solution at customer construction site
• Provide technical support and training to customers and partners
• Manage delivery against project plan, monitor progress and take action to ensure delivery remains on track
• Analysis customer needs and requirement based on construction site situation, offer best-fit system configuration
• Develop strong customer relationships to become a technical trusted advisor
• Provide customer feedback and industry insight to improve product features

Requirements and Experience:

Degree / higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science or other related discipline

• Experience in electrical and RF device installation, configuration and tuning is high desired.
• At least 1 year working experience in  customers technical support and / or system implementation, preferred IoT and wireless (Bluetooth, RFID, RF)  solution
• Good communication skills and strong in stakeholder management
• Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience in construction industry will be a plus
