The (Senior) Systems/Security Specialist will report to the Professional Services Manager (PSM) and will be responsible for all activities involved in new project implementations and upgrades. The candidate will involve throughout the implementation process working with internal technical experts, partners and vendors to build, configure and customize an environment that meets customer’s business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software.
• Assist the Solution Architect and Professional Services Leader to develop solution architecture design.
• Performs solution buildout for one of these areas: Cyber Security and/or Financial Compliance Data Analytics.
• Develop test plan and drive all level of testing.
• Technical documents write up during service delivery. 

 Skills and Experiences

• Certificate, Diploma, Degree holder in Information Technology, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in systems support and administration.
• Working knowledge or recent experience with at least two of the following areas:
  • Experiences in managing Windows, Linux, AIX, VMware ESXi.
  • Experiences in Network Switch, Router, Firewall, LAN/WAN configurations and administration.
  • Basic knowledge in Database (MS SQL, MySQL, DB2).
  • Basic knowledge in SQL, Python, Java.
  • Can-do attitude, self-initiative and able to work independently.
  • Vendor experiences is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple client projects with strict adherence to priorities and timelines.
• Enthusiastic in learning new domain knowledge through training and research.
• Effective in written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered the post of Systems/Security Specialist.
