Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Routine IT maintenance / IT Security / Back up
- Hardware maintenance and Software Installation
- On-site IT support
- Help to follow up in-house Technology Voucher Programme(TVP) application and related matters
- Providing first line support to users
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in IT Fields (Less experience will be considered as IT Trainee)
- Have Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Diploma/ High Cert. or above in IT/ Engineering/ or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Windows server / workstation administration, TCP/IP Networking, Virtualization support, System and Network monitoring, Programming
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Trainees.
