Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operation support and maintenance including server backups, software applications, email, internet access, PC hardware, POS interface and CRM system or etc. in back office and regional retail store
• Maintain hardware and software asset management
• Provide support of telephone and network system
• Coordinate with external vendors on system support and project management
• Utilize reporting channels to analyze and report on POS, CRM and eCommerce system performance, metrics and KPI’s
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 5 years or above working experience in retail industry and online business services are preferred
• Hands-on experience in all-rounded technical skills on PC setup, email, desktop support, server administration and software, back-end administration
• Strong working knowledge of integrated eCommerce, POS and CRM systems
• Good analytical and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivation and a good team player
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
