Responsibilities

• Manage the server farm in the VM environment
• Handle system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems such as Microsoft AD and Exchange email
• Administer and monitor the storage and backup systems
• Troubleshoot problems relating to servers, desktops, laptops, and Network
• Supervise regular systems reviews and design recommendations in the improvement of the overall infrastructure security and performance
• Lead and manage support team to deliver IT services for internal staffs
• Revise and improve IT policies and procedures
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Have minimum a diploma/degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Solid experience in managing Microsoft OS and Hypervisor environments and server applications such as MS AD, MS Exchange and VMware
• Solid experience in security, networking and general backend applications management such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, VoIP, Veeam
• Good knowledge in enterprise storage system and HCI
• 3 to 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior System Administrator
