Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Head in the business development of Strategic Partnerships.
• Monitor the implementation of business strategy plan and drive bank partners to achieve the sales targets assigned.
• Collaborate with bank partners to ensure mutual planning and implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to carry out new projects and initiatives arising from business strategic /operational plan.
• Drive project on the development of alternative distribution channels.
• Prepare management reports and keep track of market updates.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as required.
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with bank partners.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline(s)
• Minimum10 years business development, sales and marketing experience in life insurance industry, preferably gained from bancassurance
• Experience in insurance sales or financial planning a definite advantage
• Familiarity with bancassurance and good knowledge of insurance industry and financial planning profession
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills since the role requires constant communication with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently, a mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, and remarkable problem solving skills
• Possession of good negotiation and project management skills
• Good PC skills of MS Office tools - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
