Responsibilities:

• Underwrite large amount and complicated business application with agreed turnaround time and review suggest cases from underwriters in order to ensure the underwriting decision complied with company’s rules and guidelines
• Regular revisit underwriting manuals / guidelines and keep up to date
• Assist for system enhancement to enhance the system automation and develops sufficient validation rules in order to improve the efficiency on underwriting and minimize the manual works
• Handles email and telephone enquiries from channels and internal departments
• Monitor and manager daily underwriting processes to streamline the work flow

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience and 2 years in supervisory level
• Problem solving and strong communication skills to frontlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
