Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
- Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
- Handle claims related inquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
- Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably with progress in professional insurance examinations
- 2 years' working experience in Accident & Health and Travel claims
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Self-motivation and self-discipline
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese and able to speak fluent Putonghua.
- PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
