Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing strategy development for enhancing brand awareness and achieving business goals
• Develop & implement marketing campaign to acquire new customers
• Develop marketing communication collaterals in aligning to brand discipline
• Develop CRM strategy and loyalty programs for customer retention
• Manage external advertising, PR and on-line agencies to execute marketing program
• Review post program performance on leads generation and customers acquisition
• A & P budgeting & control

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in beauty, cosmetics or other retail environment of which at least 3 years at managerial grade
• Experience in beauty or derma cosmetic services industry is a definitely advantage
• A good relation with the media, PR or advertising agency is an advantage
• A leader who is creative, proactive and details-oriented with sound planning skill
• Target & result-oriented, good working attitude and passion for the brand
• Highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
